Sunday (day 1)

"Secret Shopper" Visit
We will arrive anonymously to experience your church as a guest and evaluate the current one-day experience of new families and individuals. We will assess how well guests are identified, welcomed, and engaged. We will provide a detailed report highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and growth areas.
Monday (day 2)

Pastor/Staff Meetings
We will meet with the pastor and then the staff individually with a questionnaire. We will conduct an initial assessment to evaluate the alignment between your vision and your current church culture. 
We will identify areas of disconnect and opportunities for improvement. We will provide a detailed report with findings and recommendations.
Tuesday (day 3)

Pastor/Staff Training

Church Vision Night
We will first train the pastor and staff on the new approach to hospitality to enhance the one-day experience at your church. That evening, we will host a Vision Night at your church to invite people into serving and supporting your guest experience. We will have volunteer job descriptions to review and commit to as we adequately explain the purpose vs. function for each key role.
Saturday (day 4)

Volunteer Training Day
We will conduct a group volunteer training session to transform your one-day experience. We use interactive activities and role-playing to reinforce learning. We will train volunteers on best practices in hospitality and guest services to develop a welcoming culture that ensures every guest feels valued and cared for.
Sunday (day 5)

Implementation Day
We will be there to coach and cheer on your volunteers as they implement a new one-day experience for your guest and members. From the previous Sunday to this Sunday, you will see and feel the transformation!
